Devyach (also know as a 9channel) - is a site, which was made by Carter and weeb larp group in Steam, whose concept was invented in 2019, which pretends to be the supposedly “first Russian imagebord” (information about the site until 2019 was completely absent), which served as the beginning of KolymaNET and “Kuz”. As an imageboard, it existed only in the period 2021-2023, but never achieved any popularity. There is also a Ukrainian board 9ch, which has nothing to do with Carter’s “Devyach”.
